Trying their best after the pandemic which has been difficult for all of them.
The spirit is incredible and I am happy to be involved in helping them get the community to where it deserves to be.
The estate in general doesn't get the funding needed and without the efforts of the people working and organising at the center I can't imagine how bad things would be.

M. K. (.Excellent local community centre providing a small library service, cafe and community clubs and events. Homecooked food there is very good. Also has an Advice Centre and a GP surgery. Unfortunately the services it provides are limited at present due to Covid19. It also offers help in the way of food bank to vulnerable people in the area.

D. S. H.Excellent! The Centre provides a welcome space for local residents to meet up and do things together: eat and drink, dance, play bingo, play sports, as well as learn and use services provided for advice, health, and the local council.
The Barton Community Association is the representative body looking after much of the building, in partnership with the local council, to provide as many activities and to advocate for positive developments for all Barton's residents.
T. P.Comprehensive and thorough community centre that covers more local services than people think.
As a Trustee, I've been amazed how much Barton Neighbourhood Centre does for local residents, including the GP surgery, the community café (with meals for £2!), as well as the community hall and sports hall. It also houses an advice centre, a youth club, the community police office, a job club, and much else aside.
Barton Neighbourhood Centre is predominantly run by hardworking volunteers, and provides all manner of services for the community. Support it and it will help support you and others as a hub for our community.

U. N.Its much improved but where is their office, or reception? It should be easy to spot once you enter the front door. Unless u know where u are going, it's pretty confusing when u turn up.
