T.Once Plymouth City Council sold our properties to them they are a law unto themselves , they do what they want or only help you if they are bound by law. you can not request any info from them about the current housing situation as they are a LTD Company they dont have to answer any requests.
The staff no this thats why they can be rude on phone or hangup on you , i spoke to my housing officer recently and she made me feel like " how dare i ask her questions or question their decision "
