The Thurlby Club is an Essential part of my week & apart of my relaxing weekend. If you normally have a pint 🍺 or a drink after work on a Thursday - Sunday and want to grab a quiet drink on your way home from work, the Thurlby club is the place to go. It’s a members club , the fee is soo small it’s £15 a year! And the price of a pint is half of what it would be in town, it’s located in a upscale neighbourhood in Ashton-on-Ribble , basically across from Morrisons by the docks, all the members are so kind and friendly and welcoming. Very much like a second or third family. They have little events and live performance singers and have Irish musicians too. Going into town is too much hassle, time & money and the town centre crowd isn’t something I’m always comfortable with. The Thurlby club is a perfect pit stop to have a quick quiet relaxing pint before I get home. 👍 Great Prices, Great People, Great Location.

I have to say I was skeptical at first but I was wrong. Claire welcomed me and my rogue mates In and made us all feel very welcome. Great beers but cash only at the moment. Will definitely visit again.

Went for a birthday party. Staff friendly and helpful. I walk with a stick and real ale only sold in the downstairs bar but upstairs party room staff happy to go downstairs and bring me a pint up.
