I rented from Greenoak housings for approximately 18 years, as I left at the end of the month May it took a few weeks before I could get to a bank, by then they had taken a month's rent, when I contact them I was told they would reimburse me they then took another month's rent and I have closed the standing order now two and a half months after leaving I am still waiting for my money, when I contact them I'm told I have to fill out a form and send it back l done that about 2weeks ago now I'm told someone is on holiday so they can't do that and then they can't send a cheque until all the paperwork is done how long should one wait

I have been a tenant of Greenoak Housing Association since 1997 and have always found them very approachable and whenever I have had any minor problems they have been solved swiftly. The maintenance staff are efficient and friendly. Since living here my wife and I have seen a new kitchen and bathroom fitted, new double glazed windows and other updates. We feel lucky that we have a responsible and caring landlord who are easy to contact. Chris and Sandra.

As Chairman of a small housing society looking after 15 properties in the vicinity of Woking relying on a management committee of 9 volunteers, it was suggested to me that in today's world we probably needed professional help from a larger housing association to carry out our repair and maintenance responsibilities. Therefore, we approached Greenoak and entered into a cooperation agreement with them three years ago. This has been a tremendous success and I would have no hesitation in recommending Greenoak to any other smaller housing association struggling to cope with the regulatory framework now surrounding repair and maintenance operations in the social housing market. Most important of all, our tenants appreciate the efficiency and reliability of Greenoak and the way that Greenoak staff and contractors take into account all their needs.

Some 18 months ago Greenoak Housing Association took over a small development of 14 one-bed flats in West Sussex previously managed by a group of local volunteers. My former colleagues and I could not be more pleased with the transfer of ownership and management to Greenoak. This organisation is professionally run, has struck up an excellent working relationship with the tenants, and ensures the continuing provision of convenient accommodation in the village for locally- connected people at affordable rents.

We are very grateful to greenoak, they are helping us find our first home. They have gone above and beyond to help my parents with a wheelchair accessible home for my mother and father and are always quick to respond to any queries. Thank you we are looking forward to housing with you.
