Such a great spot for a picnic./barbecue/ general lazing about on a good weather day. Acres of lush green grass for walks etc. A great selection of farm animals in their enclosures is a great attraction for young and old. A planted area with beautiful flowers and plants add to the whole atmosphere of the people. The park also has a good food menu cafe. When we used the cafe the 4 of us had toasted sandwiches which indeed were very welcome. When we used the cafe a large family had just placed an order just before us which meant us having to wait quite some time but did not stop our enjoyment of the food when it arrived. The whole afternoon we all certainly enjoyed and this park & farm is a jewel in The crown of the local council. Certainly recommend it.
