It’s a tale of two half’s or two teams with this firm. I had a remortgage and the team was excellent. I cannot fault them at all. Very responsive, operate at their best through email and that is what I prefer. Really don’t want to be annoyed with unnecessary phone calls so this suited me best! I was kept up to date at every step, and didn’t have to worry about a thing. Despite some negative feedback I have read about some completion aspects that friends experienced, I did not have these which was a relief. As I was so impressed with the remortgage aspect, I decided to use them for my purchase. Although I was told by my financial advisor that Mark has done purchases for her before, he wasn’t able to help me with this one so I used a member of their conveyance team. What an absolute shambles! They don’t reply to emails, provide no information, won’t take calls and apart from Malachy who tried to pull things together, whoever manages that department needs woken up and needs to do something to get it together. The two departments I dealt with are like chalk and cheese. One is well run and and a pleasure, the other an absolute nightmare. If you have a remortgage to get done, then you won’t have a problem and I highly recommend that team!

A very positive experience with this firm which is a change from the normal and the usual hassle which I have had with another firm who does free legal work and are based in Bangor. This firm was quite the opposite and actually took my phone calls, answered my emails and took the time to explain things.
