Axis review I’m writing this review because I loved the way this company handled my case.✅ 11/10 I was referred to them by a friend (who was also extremely satisfied with their service). This was after I had spoken to another solicitor from another company for advice on my case, he scared me so bad I was convinced I couldn’t do it! He told me about things I didn’t need and said as long as I have 6 months payslips that’s it everything is sunshine and rainbows. He was just horrible and the way he spoke just made it look like it was just another case, (well he didn’t get it. Lol 😂) Anyway.. (back to topic) I booked in for initial consult on the phone with Ikra and she booked me in with Mohammed Olly. (Super quick appointment btw I didn’t have to wait weeks 🥳) I went in a couple days later and I couldn’t find their office 😂 so I called Ikra and she told me exactly where it was (she wasn’t even in the city at the time lol). I went in and spoke to Mohammed Olly and he was lovely and a great help! He took the time to look through all my paperwork and looked at my payslips and told me what he saw was good and what needed to me amended. I was so shaken up on the day because I’ve never done anything like this before and he out my mind at ease and explained everything would be fine. On that day I realised that my payslips weren’t up to the standards I thought they were. Olly came up with a perfect solution and action plan to help them get back up to the requirements.
