Following the death of my late father, Kathryn Tatla, solicitor, took over an ongoing road traffic claim against my father's estate.
As Trustee and Executor, having to handle a whole series of legal matters, including a contested Inquest, she has applied herself to the ongoing claim against my Dad, professionally, alleviating my stress and dealing with this matter with minimum involvement from myself, liaising directly with the Claimants and insurers on my behalf.
