Claire and Yvonne at weoley castle have been superb and lizzy tho I'm not sure of her role possibly an assistant ? Is superb and always polite . Really happy always with these guys

Sue Smith worked tirelessly on our most recent transaction to ensure completion was concluded prior to the end of June 2021 despite a number of challenges. I have used Davisons twice now, one for my first house purchase 10 years ago and again recently for a sale and purchase. This recent experience has been nothing short of excellent. We part exchanged our property with a new build developer and we fully expected something to go wrong somewhere along the line or there to be delays. Had a hard case to deal with my ex-partner that I thought had been dealt with 10 years before but found out the solicitor had not submitted the documents back then. I had Umran deal with my case due to the compilations due to the past error with the "other" solicitor. It took a while to deal with everything due to my ex-partner seeing an opportunity to get a lot more money from myself. The end result meant that my ex-partner never gained by the mistake for which I thank Umran and his team for as this was a very big worry for myself.
