Our family have been on a roller coaster ride with immigration to get a wife of 27 years, two British children a leave to remain. The process had been ongoing since 2010, and involved 4 previous immigration lawyers. Our last one was fine but due to technicalities advised another 5 year route. We contacted UK Migration Lawyers after my partner was held and questioned by UK immigration. We spoke with Aisha Bi who was friendly, professional and reassuring. She spoke us through our options with absolutely no pressure to instruct the firm. The following morning, after his entry had been denied, we contacted Aisha again, not knowing if it was not too late to do anything. It wasn't. Aisha worked extremely fast, understanding the urgency of the situation (we only had 24 hours until he was going to be deported) but stayed calm, kept me and my entire family calm, drew together all the key facts of the case and connected us with our solicitor, Amara Ahmed. Amara arranged a zoom to discuss the details of the case. Amara was friendly, personable and professional, taking her time to understand our case, our complicated relationship history and why this had led us to give slightly different dates for different events. Some of the things we were talking about happened in 2009! Amara contacted immigration immediately and began preparing my partners representation whilst my family and I gathered the additional evidence she needed. Amara was patient and flexible with her plan when we were struggling to get documents from Mexico due to time difference and eventually worked into the night to ensure that all relevant documentation had been sent. The following morning Amara began work early, following up on the case and the whereabouts of my partner. Our case felt as urgent and important to Amara as it did to us, even though she must do this everyday. Amara was 100% on our side and willing to work when she needed to in order to achieve the outcome we wanted. With a few last minute complications, all of which Amara calmly overcame, the decision was reversed and my partner was granted entry to the UK for 6 months as a tourist, giving us time to figure out if a finance visa might be the next step. The service we received from UK migration lawyers was faultless from start to end. My sisters long term Mexican boyfriend was stopped at border control at Heathrow, we were frightened and nervous and I called UK migration lawyers after a frantic google search. After a quick explanation to someone I was called back within minutes by Aisha Bi who filled me with confidence that she knew exactly what to do. I called back so many times with so many questions to ask, Aisha answered them all with patience and respect, I felt like she generally cared and fees were not mentioned until I discussed them formally representing us. As time went on and my sister had a managed to speak to her boyfriend, we decided not to instruct them in the hope that after his questioning, all would be okay. They were both clearly full of all the knowledge any client would hope for but also both so easy to talk to and so understanding on a caring level. They both answered as many questions as we threw at them, at one point there was 3 panicked siblings firing questions to Amara on a zoom call and she was just fantastic! We didn’t have long to bring the case together and get it over to border control before he was on a flight back to Mexico, he was being held in a detention centre. UK migration lawyers defence for us was brilliant, it was clear our situation and their relationship background had been fully understood and Amara was on board with anything we wanted to add/adapt, never making us feel badly about our lack of understanding of this sort of situation. Amara worked into the evening to ensure our case was sent off ASAP so that boarder control could look at it over night and kept us updated the whole time. The following morning was a panic as no one at the detention centre had given him the defence to sign, but Amara chased that up quickly and ensured he would not be allowed on the plane until he had the opportunity to sign it. We as a family were so happy with what Amara had done but were not hopeful, because of time, yet suddenly with hardly any time until he should have been boarding, Amara had phoned my sister to say they had over turned the decision and she could pick him up! We were absolutely delighted and my sister and her boyfriend, who are now quarantining together are living their fairytale! He can stay for 6 months on a tourist visa (what we wanted) and then we will most definitely be using UK migration lawyers to assist them with their fiancé visa, which will be their next step. I would honestly recommend UK migration lawyers without a single doubt to anyone, even if our case hadn’t been successful because of their sense of urgency, their on level support and their honestly throughout the whole process. Harris Qadir fought for our case until we won! Harris Qadir from UK Migration Lawyers has provided us with what I consider without exageration the best service I've ever had my whole life. No one has ever cared as much about client satisfaction as much as Harris. The man simply doesn't give up on you. We have approached UK Migration Lawyers in December 2020 to apply for a UK visitor visa for my Ukrainian girlfriend. Harris was appointed as our caseworker. His thorough and simple explanation of the application process and his attention to details assured us that we are being looked after by a very knowledgeable and professional person. Once Harris established our pupose of visit and our circumstances he requested us to prepare a very clear and detailed set of documents and he proceeded to submitting the application on our behalf. Until then, everything was straightforward and clear and we were quite confident that my girlfriend's visa would be granted since we have met all the requirements and our circumstances are clear and advantageous. However, few days after our application was submitted we were shocked to receive an email informing that the visa was rejected. Now... In normal cases, this is when you would usually get an email saying sorry and the story ends there. But Harris is not that type. Harris was in fact as baffled as us by the decision and he was 100% committed to deliver the results we believed we deserve. He called us and explained that the person who made the decision did not take all details we submitted into consideration. Harris offered the option of appealing against this decision through PAP. To be honest, when I sensed that level of commitment from Harris to our case I felt like no matter what the decision of the appeal would be, this man deserves a lot of credit just for the efforts he made to push for a positive decision. Few weeks after the appeal was lodged, my girlfriend sent me a screenshot from an email reading... "Your visa decision was overturned". I literally jumped off my seat at work and punched the air like we just won an Oscar! But the person who really deserves an Oscar is the one who stuck around for 4 months making calls, answering calls, writing emails, replying to emails, collecting documents, writing letters, reviewing decisions, lodging appeals and pretty much fighting for us until our last glimmer of hope. Okay, so I don’t know how to start writing this review but people had told me that getting married to someone from Pakistan would put me into the very difficult position of applying for a visa. I had also heard that many people’s visas got rejected which made it very stressful for me. I did a quick google search on where to find the best solicitors (as one casually does). I then came across Migration Lawyers and saw their success ratings. The only downside was the solicitors fees (as it’s on the high end). However, paying the little bit extra in the short run is much better than losing a lot more (and I mean a lot more!) in the long run. Migration lawyers were very supportive. They had given me a break down of what documents were exactly needed (and it was very clear). My solicitor (Abdul) was very proactive in answering my queries (calls and emails). Once, when I was unable to get in touch with him, I contacted the head office and they helped me out straight away (that’s the good thing of going through a big firm). Moving on, my solicitor wrote a detailed cover letter for me which I sent off with the documents. Then, the wait started but it happened within the 12 week limit! (and I didn’t pay extra to speed up the process) My husband has now got a UK Visa :) Can’t wait for him to come over... thank you so much Migration Lawyers!

So we started a process of a adult dependent Visa application almost 18 months back. No one in South Africa who helps with VISA applications was able to assist with what seemed like detailed experience. Further investigation showed that this VISA is not that easy to obtain and the burden of evidence was really not known to us. After what seemed many weeks of research I finally decided to go with UK Migration Lawyers as they seemed to have a good reputation in immigration law. Anyway after a brief conversion with a member of their staff who checked a few details regarding myself and my Chinese wife we were reliably informed that ‘you have a strong case.’ During this conversion the young lady put me at my ease and managed to build my confidence in what can be a difficult campaign. UK Immigration these days is a hostile environment so you need a team that have the experience and years of success in Immigration law to help you to succeed. As I write this we do not know about the outcome, as our case has only just been submitted. However from reading through the draft covering letter which was submitted with our paperwork I am as confident as I can be about a positive outcome. Having said this I know that there is still a tiny possibility that we may receive a refusal, because as I previously wrote, UK immigration is a hostile environment, and our friends(Not Friends)at the Home Office are looking for the smallest weakness in your case. As for the application itself regardless of any legal services, my advise to anyone is to focus on the details and make sure all the information provided is accurate (i.e. no typos). In my case they helped me with a Tier 2 General visa application from within the UK (change of employer). On an occasion, UK Migration Lawyers did ask me for some documents that seem were not needed, such as an address history where I've been since all time in the UK. I just provided a proof of address from my current address and this was sufficient. When my application was approved, my documents were returned to UK Migration Lawyers. When this happened they asked to my future employer where they (my future employer) wanted to send the documents. Of course my future employer said they should be sent to me. We first contacted UK Migration lawyers after my UK visa application was rejected as we first just tried online ourselves not realising that the UK visa process is difficult. I found this company from a google search after doing my due diligence research...after the initial phone call that was very professional and also very caring of my needs as I had a previous visa for my fiancé refused after we tried to do it without legal representation.. I was reassured that I actually applied for the wrong visa after about 20-30 minuets conversation I decided to go ahead on a fixed fee for a fiancé visa for a 2 1/2 year settlement..the fee was £2180 inc vat that included £300 for a faster service so the fee would be under 2 grand if you are not in a rush...the (process!!)..I started on the 1/6/18 and my final documents were sent to Sheffield immigration on the 31/7/18 so as im writing this im in the 40-60 working day wait for the result...on to uk migration lawyers especially my case worker mr Abdul zeb..the journey for this visa is very intense and stressful my fiancé is Filipino living and working in Hong Kong,so all the information and documentation took longer than expected and I’m being totally honest here mr zeb was an angel and without his professionalism and care plus his advice and patience through some good and bad times but mostly stressful we finally finished and as I said earlier the painfull wait for the visa so I can marry here in England... I would whole heartedly recommend this company especially mr zeb who I can’t thank enough... I feel reasonably confident and I feel that mr zeb kept my feet on the ground by telling me the truth and not what I wanted to hear as he kept great communication throughout the whole process through numerous emails and much needed calls when I needed reassurance..so without doubt I would recommend this company and if your lucky enough to get appointed mr zeb your in safe hands..i will be using this company throughout my process until I have my future wife residing in the uk and having a citizenship for the uk..
