Jackie, Kieran and Louise have been absolutely fantastic throughout the purchase of my first home. Over the course of a year and a half I had two purchases fall through due to being gazumped and cladding issues and each time this happened, they guided me through the process of beginning another purchase until I was successful. They are very responsive and have been patient and really helpful with my numerous questions as I've navigated the process for the first time, not to mention keeping everything moving quickly and meeting the vendor's fast deadlines. I recently bought a house using Batchelor Sharp and had such a positive experience. The staff are efficient and very helpful especially due to the circumstances of COVID as well as the stamp duty holiday. We dealt with Jackie and she even brought forward our completion date by 4 days, couldn’t recommend them enough.

Excellent service from Ann and her team. Up against end of stamp duty holiday at the time of appointment in mid february, request was completion by 31st March or the house purchase would be to expensive to complete on. Re instatement of stamp duty holiday was extended the house purchase process was not, both teams continued just in case!! We collected the keys 31st March 12.30pm. Ann and her team were brilliant 6 weeks to complete whole process. I know they worked extremely hard with sellers and their solicitors and ourselves to make it happen. So i it can be done with the right team!!! Superb job guys and thank you, enjoy the Bank Holiday!!

I cannot fault the effort and quality of work that Jackie Curtis of Batchelor Sharp has done for me over the last year! To say that I had a difficult sale of my property would be an understatement. Jackie went above and beyond her duty to help complete the sale. She remained the ultimate professional throughout giving me sound advice in what was a very emotional and difficult situation with an extremely difficult management company that were intent on extorting me for money. To top this off we then had additional difficulties with another local solicitor acting on behalf of the management company. Although we are by no means perfect I take exception, as practice Manager of Batchelor Sharp to malicious attempts by non clients to discredit the name we have built up over the past 40 years. The last three bad reviews are from people who have never used the firm- If we can be criticised for protecting our clients interests then so be it. The most recent bad review I find incomprehensible - a large chain involved, the top of which ends up paying Mr P £500 to complete on a day that all other parties were happy to complete on but he had dug his heels in as he as a first time buyer wanted to go to Glastonbury on that date. I hope you realise it is up to the whole chain when they complete not one individual, the actions of whom caused unnecessary delay and frustration to all others in the chain. We only act on our clients wishes. Uncalled for I'm afraid.

Parking is not good, there is a bit of scrap land but beware of men taking a pee pee. I got a parking fine at Aldi (even though I bought food there) so don't be fooled into staying too long.
