I have used recently used Deepa Banks at Bobbetts Mackan for a property purchase. I have been really impressed by Deepa’s outstanding professionalism, friendly and approachable manner, superb knowledge and outstanding customer service. After using many Solicitors in the past, I was always left dissatisfied with the service received, however Deepa definitely goes above and beyond the average Solicitor and her efficiency and speed is unbelievable. She will always answer the phone and if not will always contact you back the same day. I was kept updated along the whole process, had queries answered and Deepa was very efficient in finding the best solution and advice where needed making what usually is a stressful experience very, very smooth. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is purchasing a property and will definitely be using her again in the future. I can not praise her enough and would rate her a 20 out of 10 if I could. In my recent Conveyancing experience, they met all of my already high expectations.
