We as a family have used WDS Associates for many years and having two bereavements they went above and beyond to make the process easy and bearable. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is explained in lay man's terms. Highly recommended

We first had our wills done by WDS over 15 years ago. They have always been very helpful and accommodating, including coming out to our house when we needed changes done to our wills. Recently I needed my signature witnessed for a probate matter, and Mike Diamond (the owner) went out of his way to see that this got done for me despite the fact that it was the busy Christmas period. I would not hesitate to recommend WDS.

My wife and I have been clients of WDS for over twenty years, first to replace our very old wills which mentioned people long dead but didn't mention grandchildren, and then, in 2019, to do Lasting Powers of Attorney for us as well as further updates to wills and other mundane but necessary legal stuff. They will act as Executors when our time comes, all for a fee of 1% of our Estate (so they won't make much out of that!), and meanwhile they are storing the originals of all documents for us as part of the original service. They are not cheap, but they are thoroughly versed in their specialist areas and their staff have always been unfailingly efficient, courteous and friendly. They've taken a lot of worries off our shoulders about what might happen as we get older, and we thoroughly recommend them.

There when I needed them most - We originally set our Wills up with WDS in 1997 and found them to be very informative and professional, we also took the option of will storage and annual review for peace of mind. We had regular calls asking we needed to make any changes. Fast forward almost 20 years and the appreciation of having a will kicked in when my husband passed away aged 45. Coincidentally a lovely lady called me for my annual review a few days after my husband passed away. One she realised she went from review mode to bereavement mode and was just extremely helpful and kind and it saved me making another phone call. I have had to make contact with WDS recently as my Dad was taken very ill suddenly. I had very limited information so they found it hard to locate my Dads file. I was passed to Mike to see if he could help locate it, thankfully after some suggestions from Mike and some digging around by me Mike contacted me at the weekend with some fantastic news. Not only had he found Dads will he also had found he had LPA which I had totally forgotten about. Anyone that complains obviously has serious issues as I would use no other as they offer excellent value for money and are a fraction of the cost you would pay a High Street Solicitor - Paid just £50 for an LPA when the average cost I was quoted was over £500. Been with the company since 1991 and needed to do some quick alterations last month. They sent someone out the same day outside normal office hours due to my work commitments so very impressed indeed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You only need to look at the Testimonials so see what they are about? Also my mother sadly passed away recently and the help I got from WDS was first class and nothing was to much trouble!

Dear Sir/Madam. I feel like I have an obligation to write to your firm; to tell you of how happy and relieved I am that the business of my late Aunt Teresa Comerford's estate has finally been efficiently and quickly dealt with, by one of your employees, namely Mr Nur Boyes. Nur Boyes took over this job from a previous employee who I presume has retired but she had taken over a year of dealing with me and who had not achieved anything concrete. There had been two boxes which contained documents, photographs and letters, which belonged to my late Aunt which I suggested she could be sent to my niece, Mrs Leah Frank Newman, who lives in East Bolden, Tyne & Wear, in England. Your previous employee said that she "could not get hold of a courier." my niece (who works in the wine industry and uses couriers frequently) had a courier call to your Swindon office and collect the said boxes of documents to be taken to my niece's address. It was extremely worrying and distressing for me, as I live in Australia and could not even fly to the U.K. even if I wanted to. However, one your previous employee had left and Mr Nur Boyes took over the business of my Aunt's estate; he gave me a list of the documents which I needed to have certified by my solicitor here in Pottsville, New South Wales, Australia. The instructions he gave to me, were clear and easy to follow and then in a matter of weeks, he had taken care of everything to completion. He also explained to me how and when the money which I had inherited; would be transferred to my account here in Australia and the fees which I would be charged, to cover the costs of the transfers etc. He was compassionate, considerate and understanding of my difficulties and I am extremely impressed by his efficiency and his prompt responses and curtesy, in dealing with me, via email and the phone. Because of his help and commitment, I would recommend your firm to anyone else in England, (relative and friends) who may be looking to find a firm to deal with their will and other business.
