A claim that was fearlessly defended by Mr Javed Patel (Principal Solicitor) and his diligent team( Kashan & Timea) on behalf of the First Defendant was finally a victory. Initially, he warned the Claimant and his solicitor firm that his claim was hopelessly pleaded and based on false premise and forgery. It was my solicitors belief that I should fight this case by giving judge whole picture and series of events rather than withdrawing the case out of fear of loosing. Finally, District Judge of Luton County Court agreed with my barrister at trial and during hearing of the application & allowed the First Defendant to present her case with full facts and gave a cost order of over five figure sum against the Claimant. We met with Kashan almost a year ago to start the process of obtaining Indefinite Leave to Remain. His approach is to provide the Home Office with far more than it requires so that there is no question of rejection of one's application. He is very thorough and looks at every single document personally to ensure it meets the Home Office standard and completes the application himself. While he has excellent staff he does not entrust such important applications to be completed by them although they do provide excellent support services to him. The Home Office made an error and he informed them promptly and in no uncertain terms as to where they were incorrect and that his client's application was correct in all respects. While it did take six months to resolve the situation, he assured us that there were other avenues of appeal to be followed. Kashan was always positive and encouraging and we felt we were in excellent hands throughout this process. We received the Indefinite Leave to Remain in May 2018 and immediately started an naturalisation application as I am married to a British citizen. The approval for naturalisation was received this week. We received back all the original documentation that we had provided over the course of the year (hundreds of pages worth) and he has retained the copies for his file which he will keep for six years as we were informed today. We would highly and unreservedly recommend Kashan and Legal Comfort solicitors for those looking for excellent immigration advice.
