Chris Stevenson Solicitors provides a 100 stars service. We recently bought a house in Doncaster and I need to admit that without them we would not complete the purchase. Mr.Oliver Machin, who was responsible for our case, is very professional, competent and really provides outstanding service. He dealt with all documents and legal issues about the house from A-Z, he listened to our concerns and sorted them in a smooth, professional and time efficient way. We felt that we are in safe hands and nothing to worry about. Before starting the journey of buying the house, we were completely aware that this is a stressful process and an outstanding legal service should be available to allow us to complete the process, and we found that in Chris Stevenson Solicitors. If we have any other issue that needs legal consultation or action, we will definitely seek Oliver's help. Me, my wife and son are owing Chris Stevenson Solicitors, especially Mr Machin, a lot in getting our dream house comes true and we really recommend them for anybody seeking solicitor help and advice. I used Chris Stevenson solicitors for the selling and buying of property. The solicitor that dealt with this was Oliver Machin. When I contacted Oliver I told him he had come recommended and that I wanted a solicitor that would act promptly and not drag the whole thing out. Oliver explained to me how much the whole of the services would cost form the start as well as detailing the cost of any further additions so that there were no hidden costs. Oliver did, he was very prompt when dealing with the whole procedure and I feel that all went smoothly with no hick ups. Oliver kept me up to date and responded timely to emails and didn't leave me waiting and wondering about what was going on or what was next. If Oliver wasn't avaliable (for example if he was on annual leave) I would hear from his secretary/assistant. From my experience I would highly recommend Oliver for his conveyancing services.
