P. E.While I was not in a chain and renting at the time with the property I was buying being vacant, Gill in the Conveyancing department got the whole process done in just under 7 weeks.
Of course, there are many variables and a lot depends on the "other side's"' Solicitor, we Gill was all done and dusted at her end with no hold-ups. I think we only spoke twice during the whole transaction and no need to keep ringing for updates. Would thoroughly recommend.
