The solicitor was extremely helpful and explained everything. I have never had such pleasant and efficient meeting with a lawyer before.
But real heros for me are MBS's reception desk staff. Everytime positive, helpful, with a very clear communication of what's needed and when I need to do it. Nothing is a problem for them, but they can still keep your expectations aligned with what's realistically possible. After arranging my meeting with a solicitor, you are met on a spot with very friendly staff and immediately put to ease.
If I would ever need solicitors again, this will be my first stop for sure.

Shortly after the application was submitted, some unforeseen complications arose which meant the application was refused.
