Charged with driving offence, through an admin insurance error. Choice was 6 points + £1000 fine or court. As a new driver, this would effectively see my license revoked. In turn, would mean re-sitting my theory and driving test, AND having to declare the conviction to insurance companies for the next 5 years or so. Complete nightmare! Euan managed to get the case dropped! I cannot recommend him highly enough. His calm approach in the midst of my panic and for his patience in answering numerous ‘What if’ questions!
