I recently used the services of Mr Sheridan for a situation that without the help of Mr Sheridan would’ve resulted in myself receiving 6 or more points on my license and would’ve resulted in me losing my job. I cannot recommend his services highly enough because right from the first conversation he was massively accommodating to my situation by affording me time to pay the fees required for his services where other solicitors wouldn’t. But his help got me a surprisingly great result of 4 points and a fine which was a great result that exceeded expectations on the day so for that I can’t thank him enough and would recommend his services to anyone who may require help.

Firstly don't be fooled with the Road Traffic Law. Mr Sheridan dealt with 2 separate court cases for me that weren't driving related, both of these were dealt with professionally. These dragged on for over a year with Robert keeping me updated throughout and getting the relevant reports to strengthen the case. I received a letter from the Procurator Fiscal stating I was to attend court for a careless driving charge and another charge for stopping in the hard shoulder. I contacted a good few lawyers, they demanded money from me and stated legal aid was not a choice and a few said I had no chance of getting far due to evidence police had provided. Many of them were arrogant and rude. This experience made me not want to approach any other lawyer and just plead guilty to both charges. I came across Sheridan At Law and spoke with Mr.Sheridan who was professional and very respectful from the start. I went ahead with him and at this point I had lost hope and accepted losing my license. He understood my financial circumstances as a 20 year old student and gave me the legal aid option. Throughout the full court case Mr.Sheridan gave me no false hope or expectations, he was completely transparent with me. He was always kept me updated and answered any question I had. We went to trial with the idea that I will be revoked of my license and be given around 6 points as the evidence was there. Mr.Sheridan spoke with me a few days prior and said the goal was to minimise the damage and get the lowest possible penalty but he did mention that it was unlikely after we analysed the evidence at my last appointment with him. We came out with 3 points and the minimum fine which left me in complete shock as this meant I was able to keep my license. The second charge was dropped against me. The representation Sheridan At Law provided at my trial was on a completely different level to all other law firms and this is transparent from the minute you speak to Mr.Sheridan. I cant thank Mr.Sheridan and his law firm enough for what they did for me including the office staff who were extremely helpful and respectful at all times which made visiting the office a very calm and relaxing experience as you always felt welcome. If you want to save your license this is 100% the place you should go to for legal representation. 5 stars just does not cut it.

Towards the end of 2019 i was convicted for Drink Driving. This was my first offence. At court on the Monday morning after being caught i plead guilty and was given a 4 year driving ban reduced to a 3 year ban for pleading guilty as well as getting quite a substantial fine. I wasn't even allowed to go on the drink driving rehabilitation course. My employer asked me to appeal the sentence so i started to look for a lawyer, as i felt the lawyer i had for the initial court appearance was completely overwhelmed by the Judge, i wanted a specialist. luckily for me, a friend recommended Sheridan Road Traffic Law, i phoned and got to talk to Robert Sheridan straight away. He calmed me down as by this point after numerous rejections by other law firms and with only a couple of hours left to lodge the appeal, i was becoming worried that i would be too late. After being initially skeptical, Robert allowed me to explain the sentence and agreed to take on the appeal. within a couple of hours he had lodged the appeal, even delivering it to the court by hand. Throughout the process he kept me informed and relaxed. He also routinely managed my exceptions, as a successful drink driving appeal is very rare, particularly because i wasn't challenging the conviction but the severity of the sentence. you can imagine my delight when two month after lodging the appeal my sentence was reduced to a 16 month ban, with attendance of the drink drive rehabilitation course further reducing the sentence to 12 months. i couldn't recommend Sheridan Road Traffic Law enough. Robert and his staff were fantastic, great customer service, and due to his skill and knowledge a great result!

Sheridan Law from the office manager to Mr Sheridan himself where flawless. I would urge anyone who requires legal help, to give these guys a call. I was facing a ban and the prospect of my career being greatly impacted by this conviction. I would recommend using Robert himself to represent you. 5 * doesn't cut it !!
