J. B.My wife and I just bought a house in London and were represented by Team Gray. We mainly dealt with Liam Gray and regularly with Nafisa Hussain.
The sale turned quite complicated, made worse by the seller's solicitors being pretty much non-communicative. The seller's solicitors were supposed be arranging a bespoke indemnity policy but were doing nothing about it, which nearly resulted in the sale falling through. This was naturally really stressful. During this time, I probably called or emailed Liam or Nafisa daily. They responded every time, were always calm, polite and professional, even though I was very stressed with the whole thing. In the end, I managed to get hold of the seller directly and managed to scrape the details needed so that Team Gray could get a bespoke indemnity on the table for the seller. The seller was really happy with Levi for this as well, as naturally they were also highly stressed. This saved the whole deal and really was over and above their responsibilities
My brother recommended them to me. The Square Ball pod recommended them to me. And now I couldn't recommend them strongly enough. I'm super grateful to them and would use them again in a heartbeat.
