My wife and I got married in 2018. Since my wife lived abroad we needed to apply for a spouse visa for her to come to live with me in the UK. We contacted Bhavsar Patel solicitors roughly a year before the wedding, on the recommendation of a friend who went through a similar process using the same solicitor. Solicitor Mohammed Patel and his team gave us a checklist of everything that would be required in order to have the highest chance at a successful application. They advised when would be the best time to file the application based on our circumstances, wedding date, expected processing times, etc. I found that solicitor Mohammed Patel and his team were very responsive to questions. The whole process was reassuring and easy with their help. It is easy to see that they are specialised in this work and really know their stuff. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of God, the initial spouse visa application was successful, and further to that in 2021 we filed a leave to remain application (again through Bhavsar Patel solicitors) which was also successful. To top it all off, their solicitor fee is very competitive and to be honest I was surprised at the level of care and attention they gave us while charging such a reasonable fee. This was especially helpful since the visa application fees and NHS fees are already significant when applying for a spouse visa (none of which goes to the solicitors), so I was pleased that they delivered excellent value for money on the solicitors fee. Would definitely recommend them, five stars from me for their service and value.

I initially had a bad experience with a different solicitor so was very sceptical on who to go with, after being recommend by a few people to go to Bhavsar patel I thought I will give them a try, Mohammed patel and his colleagues went above and beyond throughout the whole process, from consultation to completion of my spouse visa application, you would expect them to charge quite a lot for the service but they were by far the cheapest I have come across.
