I was going to have my will written by them. I paid the initial fee of £19.99 was set for the telephone appointment.Then I decided to instruct a local Solicitor to write my will due to complications. I mistakenly thought my fee was lost due to my change of mind. I received a call apologising for none contact and was informed that I would receive a full refund. Easy to do over the phone and everything was expertly explained by Aaron. The price will go up a lot if you really want to cover yourself so £50 ended up being £1600 but I know that everything is covered including a lot of things I wasn't aware of. I'm not sure if this is the cheapest service but my wife and I were very happy with how it was handled. Document will be hand delivered and a professional executor service is available for a reasonable cost (taken from the estate on death). After talking to them on the phone they arranged for one of their solicitors to come to our house to finalise things and make sure they had everything correct. He came and spent the best part of the visit trying to get us to pay for more services which would have taken the bill close to £4000. I told him, in no uncertain terms, that I wanted what was discussed on the phone. Watch out for the hard sell. I would now advise contacting other firms and getting a few quotes before paying £50 for a phone call. After the hard sell attempt I was feeling more than a little put out that they tried this blatant attempt to nearly triple the cost

Sadly my experience wasn`t as positive as some on here. Right from the start I felt pressured to spend more money. Upgrade to a more expensive product(if I was going to spend more than £100 I would go to a solicitor! use their storage facilities and set up a lasting power of attorney which I can do myself on line and more cheaply.Their staff are probably on commission so I expect some are more motivated to sell than others.
