I cannot recommend Kyle and Barella Global enough. We initially contacted the firm back in late 2018 and received exceptionally detailed information regarding the K1 Visa process. Barella Global remained consistent throughout the almost 18 month process in terms of their response times, their level of care and attention to my particular case and their speed in preparing the necessary legal documents. I always received clear instructions as to what I needed to do and which documents I needed to send them in order to file and progress to the next stage in the journey. They kept me updated at all points as to how long I would potentially be waiting for the following stage and when we reached the next stage, be that the K1 interview, the adjustment of status filing or the green card interview, Kyle and the team were always ready to assist me in any way and provide the next set of paperwork so that we could file quickly and accurately so as to avoid any delays in the process.
