Sharron Boyce was recommended to me as I was trying to get a lawyer at the last minute before my first court appearance. I spoke to Sharron and from our brief discussion her client care skills and empathy had put me at ease. I decided to instruct her on my matter and within no time she was able to obtain papers from the CPS. My matter at court was adjourned and Sharron was able to persuade the CPS to drop the charge and settle the matter with a conditional caution. I am very pleased with the service provided by Sharron and I am happy that I instructed her on my case. Many people who have ended up reading this review will probably have heard of the Legal 500 which lists every Lawyer as the best thing since sliced bread. I would go by personal reviews like this and Trustpilot instead rather than potentially wasting your money elsewhere. My experience with Brett Wilson has been firmly positive. Max Campbell and Elisabeth Mason have represented me and both have been exceptional. They are clinically efficient at exposing holes in arguments from the other side and advising on when they think it's worth taking a risk and when it's not. The ability to quantify risk and calculate it is a skill that the vast majority of solicitors (in my untrained opinion) lack - they are generally overly cautious. Max and Elisabeth are tactically very astute and take into account the limitations that the other side may have - such as commercial and reputational damage. Their ability to predict the response of the other side is frighteningly accurate. At the other end of their job profile, as highly educated and trained individuals, they are very humble and will explain things to illiterate idiots (like myself) in simple terms. Overall, an excellent service, I think you would receive the same level of service if you were a high profile client or A.N.Other. I would have little hesitation in using them again.
