I am so glad that I am writing this review because it means my case is officially done. My case is about Money Laundry, but compare with other normal cases, it was quite complicated and special. The most challenge was from the cultural differences between the UK and China to every bank transfer method and behavior of Chinese. I was charged with a serious imprisonable offence. i wasn't happy with the advice i was given in the police station so i sought new representation thankfully I found BSB. James Skelsey dealt with my case. I admitted to the offence which meant i had no defence so it would be down to James to try & keep me from receiving a custodial sentence, James was very thorough from start to finish. I can't thank Jim Skelsey enough for his work on my case. Seemingly against the odds I had my charges dropped before trial and walked off into the sun. I would whole heartedly recommend this firm who has saved me from a real disaster of being blamed for fare dodging by tfl. I boarded a London red bus in a hurry as i was getting late for my appointment but could not get my hands on my oyster. In my pocket was an old expired travel card which I showed to the driver and he let me get on. The ecpired travelcard was genuine with my photocard attacef. My sincere intentions were to scan the card as soon as I had found it from several pockets of my suit and coat. My destination was only 3 stops away. As soon as I boarded 2 tfl inspectors came on from the same stop where I had boarded which did not allow me time to search for my oyster card and scan it. They would not listen to my explanation and decided to follow the prosecution route. I was lucky to spot BSB Solicitors on Google search and spoke with Hannah who was very calm, considerate and professional in gathering the facts from me. After meeting with her I was confident that she would do a good job for me. I produced the supporting documents she needed for preparation of the submission to the tfl, arguing that the prosecution route was not warranted. TFL however rejected the plea and were determined to follow the prosecution route. Hannah had to go on to other duties within her firm but she made sure that Chloe within BSB solicitors was there to take on my case further. As soon as Chloe took over my case she reviewed in full detail and came to her professional judgement that tfl's persistence to pursue the prosecution route was uncalled for and made further representations to tfl. Was involved in a car incident early this year and then was taken into custody, breath test was done but not valid due to health reason.
