My son was charged with a very serious offence of death by dangerous driving, along with another two cases, all tried separately. This happened three years ago and I must say we had excellent service to the point that my son was found not guilty for the main Charge. He received community service for the two lesser charges. I give all my thanks to James Liasis, and his team that worked very hard to achieve this end.

I was introduced to Sabiha by a friend towards the end of 2018 when I wanted to apply for my daughter to come and join my husband and myself, my case was a very complex. Sabiha took our case on and she did an incredible job in a very short space of time. When we submitted our application, the home office rejected my daughter's application and Sabiha advised us not to give up but appeal the decision, which we did. She was with us every step of the way, advising us on what to do, liaising with us and by the time she finished with our witness statements, she got us to write the best witness statements that one could ever write. We had my daughters appeal this morning and the judge was so pleased and proud of Sabiha's hard work, how well she prepared our case bundle and also the professionalism of her work that she praised her in the court room and said to us that we have a very good solicitor and that Sabiha has instilled faith in her that there is still great solicitors out their working very hard to represent their clients. Sabiha is always on the phone to us, keeping us updated, guiding and coaching us to prepare for the appeal. She is very understanding, and she prepared our case like it is her own case.
