In 2016 I was involved in a traffic accident and Mr Fontoura was the legal representative who was recommended to me to handle my case. From the initial onset he was extremely professional, informative and totally sympathetic towards my case. Albeit him being professional, he still provided that much needed personal touch as, being my first accident, I was totally out of my depth and needed to be guided accurately. In other words, he walked me through the case and explained everything, all the legal jargon, in simple lay man’s terms, so that I would clearly understand the process and not feel intimidated.
