I hired the firm of solicitors to help me deal with a default CCJ that had arisen from a dispute with an unscrupulous firm. It caused me no end of stress. Along with the merry go round of communication back and forth with the Court. The firm would not communicate with me but after one letter from the solicitors they fully cooperated. I was in desperate need of Specialist Legal Assistance, with dealing a Loan Company, that I believed had sold my late Husband and I a Scam Loan and was Harassing me constantly. Over a three year period, I had contacted many many, Law firm, hoping that they could assist me, but to no avail. So, I couldn t believe my luck, when I came across Ellis Jones Solicitors and William Dooley agreed to represent me, just before the Loan Company made an Application to Eviction me from my Home. With it being very short notice to prepare, to my Surprise, William went beyond, to Draft a In-depth, very Thorough Witness Statement on a Sunday, a head of the Hearing and advised me, on who he thought would be the best Barrister to fight the Eviction. Fortunately for me the Judge Dismissed the case and to my relief, the Eviction didn t go ahead and the Loan Company was ordered to pay back my legal fee.
