Anita, Hafsa and Wendy were all absolutely brilliant, I am so glad we had them on our side. My partner and I were first time buyers with very little knowledge of the process (plus the seller was a bit of a nightmare)! Despite all the odds they got us from offer to completion in under 3 months and with 2 days to spare before the dreaded stamp duty deadline. Wendy and the team really took the time to explain the process and advise us of our options, despite the pressure I’m sure they were under at the time. Cannot thank them enough, I highly recommend using them.

Wendy advised that she could arrange searches for the purchase of a property in Southwark within 2-5 days whereas other firms (I had contacted at least 8) had advised it could take up to 10 weeks for searches and one well known name committed to completion by set date only if we paid an additional £1K fee and took out indemnity insurance. If you ever need to take proceedings against a tenant that wont vacate after being served notice, then look no further.
