I normally don’t write up the reviews but I firmly believe that it would be injustice towards all the dedication, professionalism & efforts invested by Mr. Shahzad Saeed into my mother’s case. We reached out to Mr. Saeed back in 2018 to assist us with submitting a request to the home office to grant my mother a permission to leave to remain in the UK under this category “Adult dependant relative case”. The case was rejected by the Home office however Mr. Shahzad Saeed was determined to seek the justice for my family and above all for my mother who had been medically struggling since my father passed away. I met Adeeb and soneela 2 years ago when we commenced the application process. I had contacted other lawyers, however they did not advice me properly. At Farani Taylor, Mr. Ali Mahota is an honest man who will spend time in digesting your case and come up with solutions to help sort out your immigration matter and possibly regularised your stay no matter how complex it might seem. My case was a classic example of a complex case because before meeting Ali I had gone through about 5 different solicitors all of whom were only after making money out of me. They messed up my chain of 10 years that could have qualified me for an indefinite leave and left me facing a case of Overstayer for no fault of mine. Following an invitation to attend an interview at the Croydon Home Office (where I probably would have been detained) and subsequent refusal of my indefinite leave application, my then legal representative Ashwood Solicitors abandoned me. At the Home Office Centre, I was mentally tortured and forced to accept to voluntarily leave the UK. But by God’s grace at the end of the interview they let me go with instruction that I should make arrangement to leave the UK within the next two weeks. After that incident, within the next two weeks I went in search of a good immigration lawyer who understands complex and overstaying case. I found Greenfields solicitors through her online documentary about Overstayer. However, after meeting her she told me she couldn’t handle my case because of its complexity.
