Having posted this review elsewhere I felt I should also add it to google for those looking for commercial law services as I thoroughly recommend Helen Curtis and Gannons. The provided an outstanding service to our business throughout investment negotiations and completion. What I understood to generally be a stressful, convoluted and expensive process from my peers was made the complete opposite by Helen and the team at Gannon's. This was the first time I had been in this situation and working with Helen was not only very easy and enjoyable but I learnt a great deal from her experience and this was invaluable to our business. We experienced none of the problems I hear can be quite common place when dealing with legal firms. Gannons were very quick to respond to inquiries and able to focus on the important details of the deal and our best interests. Their pricing was both transparent and more than fair for the outstanding service - I felt they did exactly what was required and did not prolong at any point - They advised us where their services were necessary and why and also what could be achieved ourselves if we wished.
