Jane Baker helped me to purchase a flat in London in 2012 and the transaction went as smoothly as a house on fire. Planning my personal Brexit i sold the flat, again with Jane's help, in early 2018. This worked a bit less smoothly, because, this being a leasehold, we needed the consent of the cruelly unsupportive landlord for the transaction to go through. Plus i had a deadline, for tax reasons. Jane and her trusted deputy Vicki Lambert did a fantastic job, and they managed completion 5 minutes to twelve midnight. I was so impressed! I shouldn't say this, but i felt seriously undercharged by Healys, given the effort Jane and Vicki had to make. They don't get 10 out of 10, they get 11.
