I used Hutchins and Co twice, firstly to sell our house and another time to purchase a property. For both occasions, we had the pleasure of working with Victor. Victor was truly hardworking and efficient and made us feel comfortable and relaxed through both stages. He kept us informed at every stage of the process and was so approachable! I cannot thank Victor enough for his hard work, dedication and commitment. I would highly recommend Hutchins and Co for anyone needing a law firm to represent them.

Following problems with firm of solicitors in relation to a flat purchase, I instructed Hutchins & Co and was assigned Mehmet Uzunoglu to handle my case. He has been excellent. He got up to speed with my purchase within a few hours of being sent the key documents; was able to review them and give me immediate verbal feedback accompanied by clear and relevant explanation of technical terms. The most important factors for me though were that he was responsive and pro-active in equal measure. At all stages he provided a realistic assessment of timelines, pushing where possible to progress things and being frank when that was not an option. I will return to Hutchins & Co when I need a solicitor in the future and request Mehmet if possible.
