Very polite soliciting team and highly professional. When it comes immigration issues, look no further than ICS legal. I don’t know where they are based. Used ICS Legal for my wife's spouse visa appeal. The Home Office refused our application for something I could not believe, they told us that we did not provide enough documents for the relationship. I was shocked and could not understand why they did not contact us. The appeal process was lengthy, but ICS Legal Team helped us a lot, explained a lot of things we did not understand. Let me give a big thanks to ICS. Ive found the whole immigration system so complex. After speaking with one of ICS Legal's lawyers, they told me what I did wrong. I am happy I did. I spoke to a number of people online but ICS was very helpful & better. The Home Office helpline is poor, they seem to give me wrong information and until I spoke to ICS Legal, I did not understand why they refused my husband's spouse visa.
