P. B.Leigh Day are the most supportive and helpful group of people, they saw me through a very trying and tough time in my life and were always there with support and encouragement. Their goal all the way was to get the best for me and they did that at their own expense. they advised me correctly and listened carefully to my wishes, even halting processes at one stage because I could not deal with it. I know a couple of times they were in the news but before that got out they advised their clients about forth coming events and were honest and above board. It's a shame that the people who went to them on one occasion weren't that, which led to them being "told off", but they dealt with it professionally and honorably, scammers try it on with all areas so why should the law system not be also subject to it. I thank the employees and all the services that work for and with Leigh Day for taking some of the bitterness out of my life and giving me the ability to be in control of an area of my life in which I was totally not in control. They do a tremendous job for down trodden people who really can't get much further down and give them the hope and ability to hold their heads up high again and that is why I can give them 5 stars and if i was in the same place again I would go back to them in a heart beat.

G. J.A very good law firm in the area of public law but also consumer law and for those seeking access to justice especially those with disabilities.
I can think of some successes this firm has had which has made a difference to people's lives Those forgotten by the coalition and current government.
Namely benefit protection for those people with disabilities and a compensation scheme. I can think of preventing people on legacy benefit's losing their SDP and being forced on to UC.
They also won with Unison case against the MOJ over tribunal fees for employment tribunals which denied many people unfairly dismissed from pursuing employer's for compensation.
Consumer cases include VW "Diesel Gate" cases and Asbestos claims winning many claimant's compensation for having worked with Asbestos which was widespread in all building's prior to 1990 and poor working practices.
Labour severely restricted legal aid for the poorest when the HRA came out, and the Conservatives have since done the same.
Agreed to help me with something but were also very honest with me from the very beginning unlike another firm.
In view of the full information I was given I made the decision not to pursue a particular course of action which I do not regret because with current political situation it's turned out to be the correct thing to do.
The underprivileged need firms like this!
