Not being in the field of law, and being very inexperienced with all things patent related, I quickly acknowledged the professionalism of Dr Cavanna. He is clearly very passionate about his work, and gave me a significant portion of his time, explaining things clearly, concisely and without the legal terminology that would normally frighten a layman away.
There was no sense of me wasting his time or him having a vested interest. He has continued to be rapid and thorough in any communication I have had with him, even if he and his firm have little to gain from him offering such an excellent service. For this reason anyone looking to explore what firms are best within this sector of the law, I would definitely start with this team, they are professionals who know what they are doing. Dr Cavanna is an asset to his firm!
