I have been having housing issue for a while, went to few legal support some didn’t even help they typed letter with mistake. When I went with a firm they took my case I explained everything they typed a letter and sent it to the council without even consulting with me what they wrote. Once getting a respond from the council they haven’t accepted what I was requesting which then I asked for a copy from the solicitor what they sent to council they refused to give it. So called citizen advice bureau as they recommended them. Once they contacted them the solicitor firm sent the letter they sent to the council looking at the letter I was shocked only few line explaining my situation didn’t even give detail of all the evidence I provided and that was the final decision from the council. Me and my family was so stressed out and didn’t know what to do. Then family of mine recommended M&P and said contact Rajea Sultana who is very good with housing issue and she can sort my issue out. I sent an email to Rajea explaining bit of my situation, next day she called me and booked a phone appointment with me following day. I explained my circumstance which she said she will need all the evidence I got if I can send it to her and she will review it and get back to me next week on Thursday. I sent all the document to Rajea, while the day was going I kept thinking is Rajea going to call me or not as I was in those situation before where they say they will call me but they never did. Thursday came got a CALL from Rajea :) and she said Mohammed you got a very good case and said I need few more thing to make my case strong and she is happy to take my case on. When Rajea got my case prepared and ready to send to council she sent me all the document and the letter for my approval. I was shocked how my previous solicitor done the letter and submitted all the document to the council without me knowing what they wrote. The letter Rajea typed up I couldn’t find a single fault in it she gave 4 page detail latter explaining their housing policy with all the reference with my evidence. After council reviewing the detail letter and the evidence submitted by Rajea they have accepted what I was seeking. If anyone having housing issue I would recommend to contact Rajea. From day 1 she been very supportive and listened what I have to say and always kept me informed with all the correspondent she been receiving form council. Thank you Rajea for all your help you don’t know how much it meant to us :)

Rajea Sultana helped me with my housing case. The council made a decision that I made myself intentionally homeless and for 5 years the council were going back and forth and wouldn’t house me. I spoke to Rajea and from the first day she took my case on she has been simply incredible and amazing. Rejea sultana was my sisters solicitor who helped her with her housing and getting priority, she has had other solicitors helping her before however no one’s was actually doing anything on the case where it came to a point she was about to change solicitors until it was handed to Rejea she really went out her way to help her. I cannot express our gratitude enough how much Miles & Partners helped us. A few months ago, we received some news and the only thing I knew was that we need a solicitor. Not having any experience with legal matters prior to that, we were naturally, rather concerned. I remember calling law firms we were recommended from CLA all day. The outcome? Some of them were not even willing to listen, and some of them simply hung up on me. I decided give it one more try and called M&P. The phone was answered by a very lovely lady (unfortunately, I did not catch the name). She listened to me even though I was probably not making any sense as I was rather distressed. I WILL DEFINATELY RECOMMEND MARY RICHARDSON AT MILES AND PARTNERS SHE TOOK ON MY CASE IN JUNE 2021. The firm was recommended to me along with few others, I randomly contacted several other firms regarding advise on a Care Plan to becoming a special guardian. £250 was offered to me to pay a Solicitor by the SGO TEAM to get an hours advise. It was very difficult to get one because I contacted a few before MILES and PARTNERS and they kept telling me that I will need more than an hour so the money was too small and that from experience clients will come back to them and keep asking more questions regarding their case, and they would like answers and more questions want to know feedbacks and basically none of the Solicitors I contacted were willing to take on my case because the belief that one hour was not enough to explain the whole process. When I called MILES and PARTNERS, on the same day made calls to few other farms and I was told the Solicitors are in court and that they will call me regarding my query in the next day or two, but Mary Richardson called me on the same day and sounded very kind, professional and friendly. She took on my case offered me an appointment after few days to go through the care plan explained clearly making sure that I am comfortable. She did not stop there she wrote a letter on my behalf stating my wishes, called and emailed me to ask how things was. I kept on calling her because I was very nervous and she was like a friend.
