I just concluded the purchasing process as a first time buyer, and had Norman H Barnett assisting me through the whole process, specifically Sobia Bibi took care of everything of my behalf. Sobia was professional, punctual, friendly and responsive throughout the whole process, and it all progressed smoothly until completion, I am very happy with the service provided. Perhaps due to me being totally unfamiliar with the procedure and the terminology used I could have used a little more clarity in regard to specific aspects (as information being broken down in smaller, easier bits to digest), however I shall say that I am extremely slow when it comes to paperwork :P , so probably this confusion was on me. Overall very happy with everything, and I definitely recommend!

Very prompt in his responses and more than willing to explain some of the technical jargon often associate with legal documents. Natalie Barnes was fantastic in helping us complete on our shared ownership flat. It was absolutely stressful because of the sellers solicitor who were dragging their feet every step of the way. Through out the process of buying a house they where very quick to process it, but most times when I was calling for questions they where a bit rude. I had to print out the documents myself, which made me spend extra money, since I don't have a printer at home and we talking about around 80 pages of documents. And extra for paying for posting in various occasions. Email on the completion date where sent and saying that I had 50min to make the money transfers. Creating pressure and not even give a call regarding that email. I found it as well the invoices confusing, I am not a finance wiz, but only through a phone and various questions I manage to understand. Guess if you want a fast process and get everything sorted with them you have it. But paperwork you get everything via email and you have to print it. I guess in a world that we use so much technology I think a digital signature would do most cases. Other than that all good.
