We were recommended to use PCM for our first house purchase and I, in turn, would recommend them to anyone in a similar or more experienced position. Having never gone through conveyancing before, the team were incredibly patient and generous with their time and knowledge, walking us through step-by-step in the most professional and reassuring manner one could hope for. Their confidence and expertise made us feel in safe hands during a difficult and time-sensitive purchase process. Not only did they help us exchange and complete in record time, they were very competitively priced. I would certainly use them again for any future property sales or purchase.

I've recommended PCM to all my friends when selling/purchasing property. I deal with a lot of corporate lawyers in my line of business, and I wish they were as dependable as Paul and Ema were during our house purchase. As with many people, we were gazumped a few times and had to deal with agents driving up the hysteria. Everything was very clear, our obligations made clear (and indeed circumstances where something was not an obligation and we had a choice also explained thoroughly). PCM were our conveyancing solicitors for the purchase of two properties over the past couple of years. The first, where the sale ended up falling through due to the unreliability of the seller. The second where we ended up completing the purchase and are currently enjoying our first home. In both cases Paul, Ema, and all their staff were polite and incredibly prompt in their responses. They put up with many questions from us and all kinds of topics related to the purchase. They gave us invaluable advice on legal aspects of the purchase. At each step they got things done very fast (often much faster than the sellers' solicitors), but were still very detailed and careful in all their checks (it was fun seeing the back and forth over minutiae of the contracts and details). Most importantly though they were very helpful and very much in our corner when we had issues with the sale, such as pulling out of the first due to the seller being slow and unreliable, and when in the second the seller was attempting to push for arrangements we didn't agree with. We will certainly be using them in the future if/when we ever move.
