Reiss Edwards helped us a lot with my parents' visa. We were in a very difficult situation as my parents were refused a tourist visa twice and my mum had received her second refusal with a deception ban for 10 years. This was due to an agency incorrectly stating that my mum's second application had never had a visa refusal before when she did. Anna helped us gather a million documents we needed to provide this time. Anna spent a considerable amount of time looking into our previous application and documents and wrote to the Agency that made the mistake. This letter, combined with the email evidence of chasing the Agency, assisted our case as it proved they made the mistake. This was something Reiss Edwards proposed which we are grateful for as it strengthened our case and probably made the difference. Anna was professional and always at hand to help with every question we had. Her communication was clear and concise, she always kept us informed and kept to the scheduled calls we had. Reviewing of documents was always done on time and her calm approach helped us understand her comments. If it wasn't for Anna at Reis Edwards, I don't think my parents would have gotten a visa and my mum could have been banned for 10 years. It was the easiest experience I have had with lawyers considering that our situation was not easy at all. I am writing this review for anyone who is looking for help with immigration service and are unsure who to use. I highly recommend contacting Reiss Edwards before anyone else. I have been trying to get a visa for my spouse (now wife) to move back to the UK with me. Firstly, Amar, who I believe is the general manager helped me with with questions via email for free rather than quoting me prices to use their service. Amar walked me through the process and explained who we would eventually need a lawyer.. The price for their company's service is more than worth it. In my opinion, what they have done for us is priceless. We paid half of the service fee and still received first class service from a lady named Katherine. I can not thank this individual enough for how she helped us. We personally had a few issues with the visa process due to covid, but Katherine was there every step of the way. Emails were always replied to at a rapid pace, and Katherine never said no if we asked her to call us and discuss our case. The visa process can be a bit daunting due to the amount of information we have to give to the UK home office. But Katherine at Reiss Edwards and one of her co-workers Charity put everything into order, made sure we missed no required documents and double and tripled checked our final application details until they knew we hadn't missed anything. The result....we received my wife's approved visa in record time. My wife is a now able to move from Colombia back to the UK. The whole process can be expensive due to the government fees, so I highly recommend Reiss Edwards as your attorney so you don't make any mistakes and have your application rejected. Otherwise you have to pay again. We nearly had this mistake due to an issue while we were doing my wife's Biometric scan In Medellin. The home office were charging for a priority service that no longer existed and my wife was turned away from the office and told we would have to pay the whole fee again to get the correct barcode. We personally had to borrow another £4,000 to apply again. However, we quickly called Katherine and explained the situation. She instantly wrote letters demanding we get a refund for our initial payment and also emailed the office in Medellin demanding they help us. Finally my wife was allowed to continue the process and we were refined in record time thanks to Katherine's quick response. So to me, Reiss Edwards is worth every penny and we own them. A. Once I decided to work with Reiss Edwards, I was then allocated to work with Mais Alyasiri to get my permanent residence card and then naturalisation. When my wife's 5 year visa (family member of EEA citizen) expired we needed to apply for her Permanent Residence Card. Foolishly we decided to fill out the forms our self and provide the supporting documentation. After 6 months of agonizing waiting we got the dreaded letter saying our application was rejected and my wife needed to make arrangements to leave the country, this sent us into panic mode and we had to scramble to get things sorted asap. I remember calling loads of different solicitors on the phone and just getting more and more confused. The last call I made was late in the afternoon to Reiss Edwards as a friend said we might get a good and clear service there. I got connected to Mr Amar Ali who seems to be one of the head Honcho's there and he calmed me down straight away and said that he could work the situation. He said he wanted to see me in person and could find some time for me the next day and he would explain everything there instead of confusing me on the phone. I went to the Reiss Edwards office in Holborn, Central-London and met Mr Ali who was very nice and calm. He explained a few different scenarios to me and decided the best way of going about things was to put in a fresh application with the home office. He promised that one of his team would make a list of all the documents I would need. I have to say in the beginning the team of mr Ali seemed to change quite often and I had to speak to various different people explaining the situation a few times as people were not aware of the situation at hand. This did not fill me with confidence to start with. Till I spoke to Verusha Ishwar who was put on my case by Amar and from there on the service has been absolutely amazing. Throughout the whole process she kept her patience with me. I used to call continuously when I did not understand the reasons for some of her requests but she kept explaining things to me calmly and did not get angry when my behaviour was unkind at times.
