Over the last few years we have instructed Riverway Law several times in relation to immigration matters for our firm's employees. We have always found them to be friendly, responsive and efficient. We have been to other law firms before but our experience with Riverway is far superior to what we have seen with other companies. We have had several dealings with Mr Ansari, the head of the firm. His depth of knowledge is incredible and the breadth of experience which he brings to cases is astonishing. He is also up to date with the latest developments in the news with respect to new laws. He regularly appears in the media. We feel proud when we see our solicitor appear in the news! Once he gets hold of an issue he keeps holding on until he gets for his clients the result they need. There was a time when we were struggling to get some information out of the Home Office Lunar House in Croydon. When I lost my case, no solicitor agreed to take the chance to have my case, but Mr Ansari, Riverway Law, had the courage to do it. He was abroad in a holiday, and there was no financial motive to take it. Nevertheless he was supportive and full of hope and patient enough to take my details over the phone to launch my appeal and my family members appeals. Moreover, I was willing to have him as a private solicitor but he didn't want to cost me the money, but rather recommended his colleagues in Cardiff to carry over the case since I lived within their catchment area.
