I found Paul to be flexible in terms of getting an initial telephone appointment. He thoroughly listened to my problem at work and was very specific in his questions (he knew what to look for). He came across as an very honest person who will tell you whether there is a case against your employer. Although my issue was not one that could trigger legal proceeding, he nevertheless provided useful advice on how to deal with it and what could possibly trigger a case going forward, which helped me a lot.
