Savita and her staff are friendly, efficient and good value for money. However, I do find sometimes that their attention to detail can leave much to be desired. When paying for specialist services, which one is legally not allowed to perform oneself, it is frustrating to need to double-check their work so carefully. Additionally, some of the paralegals lack what one might call 'common sense', escalating to the customer issues which I imagine could be handled in-house.

We were warned at the outset that sponsoring my father's immigration to UK as a dependent relative was not going to be straightforward as recent changes to immigration law kept successful applications to well under 10%. We had a genuine case however, and Mrs Sukul, our legal advisor, skilfully and persistently nursed the application through the initial Home Office refusal of a settlement visa for my father.
