We have always called upon Mike Nicolson who has always been very helpful,
He moved to Tosswill and Co and we continued to call on him via this firm,
A year ago my eldest nephew was arrested and charged with a very serious offence it involved him and a group of boys there were several charges against him.
Tosswill and Co could not have been more helpful we had several meetings at there office with Mr Tosswill himself, he was always very thorough and the communication was always brilliant As this was a serious allegation it was going to be at a crown court so therefore Mike could not represent my nephew he needed a barrister I was worried about who it may be, we head a meeting with him (Mr Snodin) straight away my confidence was installed
He was very professional and very honest.
A year went by with meetings and pre hearings taking place.
Finally it was the trial
It didn’t look good at all However our barrister was so professional and so thorough
After nearly two weeks in court my nephew was found NOT GUILTILY
Our whole family are grateful to Tosswill and Co
