Y. ..We used Waterstone Legal for our conveyancing as they were recommended to us by a family member who had used them before, and we had the pleasure of dealing with Mr Shah Ali - one of the senior partners of the firm.
Our prime objective was to get the purchase of our property finished before the end of June and Shah gave us the assurances that he would make sure he gets everything done within the short time frame we had to work with.
From beginning to end Shah exhibited a high level of professionalism and competence keeping us looped in with updates and communications from the other parties' solicitors throughout the process, while simultaneously undertaking all the due diligence, works and checks required in order to get everything completed as accurately and thoroughly as possible, and what we were particularly impressed with was the speed with which Shah got things done.
Shah made us feel assured and confident every step of the way that everything was under control and that it would all be completed before the end of June, and true to his word the completion successfully happened today!
