We are very lucky to be introduced to Wilson Solictor by an organisation called Children Migration project (MCP). We met Mr Muhunthan Paramesvaran of Wilson Solictor. Our case was very protracted and complex. After studying our case Mr Muhunthan told us that we stood a good chance of success if my family (wife and two kids) go back to our home country and apply from there. It was very difficult decision, finally we took Mr Muhunthan advice and my family went back to our home country and applied from there. After about 4 months my wife and two kids got Visa. I have been with this solicitor since 2010.This more than one history to put this review but i will but some main points I have come to U.K. In 2007 As NON-EEA family member I have ceased exercising treat after divorce in 2010. This when I have met Muhunthan at Wilson solicitor through A recommendation by family member. In 2014 I have applied PR through My lawyer Muhunthan my application was refused by HO and I have been asked to leave the country or to be deported. Muhunthan and Wilson partners successfully challenged throughout the court granted my PR. This is most important thing that I haven't told you and quite interesting that I will never forget .i have submitted my citizenship application form with my birth certificate as my DOB has been wrongly recorded mistakenly by someone who filled the form. HO refused my citizenship application. Reason forging documents.after successful judicial review I have been granted my citizenship. I would highly recommend to Muhunthan Paramesvaran and Wilson solicitors one think you need to know when he accepted you as client by Muhunthan you will feel like family friends the cost no argument at all you pay what you can and his priorities not money but your rights Thank you all
