Ansa is amazing! I can’t write a review worthy enough for her. My case was a liability claim. There was hardly any communication or progress with the first solicitor who had my case, but then Ansa took over and I am SO glad she did amazing. Explaining things through to me, emailing, calling, responding to my questions. She puts more than 1000% in, she put her whole heart and soul into my case, as I’m sure she does with everyone’s. I sought legal assistance from Aquitas legal just under 4 years ago. My case was handled by two solicitors. The first two and a half years neither of the two solicitors made any progress on my case. My case was passed onto a third solicitor called James Sloane. In a nutshell, James has been nothing short of exceptional in handling and progressing my case forward. From the get go, he took action and took all the necessary steps and provided me with all the advice. I was very impressed by his tenacity and determination in winning my case. There were times from my part where I became complacent in providing James with additional evidence and documents but his willingness to constantly contact me and chase up what ever he required of me played a huge part in the success of my case. Furthermore, James and I had many long conversations where he would give me his own personal and professional expert advise, but what impressed me the most about James was his willingness to listen to me. My case has been on going for the past 2 years I’ve had around 3-4 case handlers and for the first year I literally had very little contact or respond from the case handlers then it got changed miss Ansa Rashid and from the moment she took my case on i can’t put it into words what’s a absolute amazing solicitor she is. Having fallen and broke my arm in November 2009 Aequitas Legal was recommended by a friend who worked there at the time. I was very pleased with the way Such dealt with everything. He was extremely polite and spoke to me with respect. I found him very easy to contact and he always responded promptly and effectively. I couldn't fault him at all, everything he did was all for the client. However, unfortunately Such decided to take a back seat in respect of claims to take a more active role on the business side, I must say his replacement (although very good) did not quite meet the expectations and high levels of conduct that Such had made. This was a tad frustrating although when I got used to the new solicitor I am relieved to say he was just as good and solved my claim quite quickly in the end. My claim proved rather difficult due to my fracture not healing, and Aequitas Legal regularly did a schedule of loss obtaining me regular payments to compensate my loss of earnings, this proved brilliant due to being off work for such a long period of time. However 4 and a half years down the line I have just settled my claim and am happy to say that I would highly recommend Aequitas Legal should anyone ever require their assistance. I pass on my greatest thanks to Such and his team for all their help and support during the four and a half years of my claim and recovery.

In August 2012 I was unfortunate to be involved in a rear end impact whilst waiting to proceed at a roundabout in my home city of Oxford. I was taken to hospital with neck and back trauma, subjected to a long period in neck traction and a CT scan before being released later the same evening. I lost time from work and was advised to make a claim for injury and lose of earnings. Not knowing how to go about this, I followed up on a claim company TV advert on the first saturday in September. The telephone agent took my details and advised me that my case would be forwarded to Aequitas Legal who, I was told, would contact me early in the coming week. Within two hours I had a telephone call from the duty solicitor, acknowledging my enquirey and arranging for Mr Trusch to contact me on the Monday. This he did. Listened to my account of the incident and agreed that I had a good case. He arranged for a local agent to visit two days later and I completed all the paperwork needed to proceed. He also arranged a course of Physio therapy which aided my recovery. All the way through to settlement he kept me fully informed, answering any doubts or concerns I had. On the few occassions that I rang their office my enquiries were dealt with quickly and in a helpful manner. I cannot praise the proffessional approach of all the Aequitas team enough.
