A. M.My review isn't related to any law case representation by this Company, it's more in relation to the customer service I received here as a external customer. I had just popped in to drop of their post as it was mistakenly posted to my mother's address, and to ask to use their printer...During my short time here Tahn allowed for me to print out a postage label and an invoice for an item I had sold online.
I must mention that Tahn was professional, clear, confident, friendly and very helpful. For me what was most important was that even though I wasn't a client with this Company, I was still however made to feel as though I was important to them. ''Now that's what I call true customer service''. :)
