I approached Evolve Family Law after I had been with another Solicitor who had not done much to progress my case, wasted my time with unnecessary meetings and gave me incorrect advice. I had an initial meeting with Debra Lowy for my divorce, financial settlement and child custody. Upon meeting with Debra it was clear to see that, had I instructed her from the beginning the outcome would have been a lot quicker and more beneficial from a settlement perspective. Debra gives excellent advice and is very responsive. As we all know legal bills are expensive but Evolve offer a fair price for fixed fee agreements. Debra worked with me and informed me of anything I could handle myself so as not to incur extra costs. On Debra's advice I had access to an excellent Barrister who was well prepped and really understood my case. He made sure I understood every step of the process in court which led to a successful outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Debra. You can put your trust in her to guide you and alleviate the stress in very difficult circumstances. Please approach them at the very beginning of the process and save yourself unnecessary time and costs elsewhere.

If anybody asked for a Family law Solicitor Debra Lowy would be the name that I would be saying. Debra Lowy at Evolve has represented me throughout lengthy Family Court proceedings. Before instructing Debra at Evolve I had previously used two different firms which I really did not have much faith in. Changing Firms and Solicitors was quite daunting but I felt it needed to be done. From the onset Debra has been amazing, listening and dealing with everything quickly and very efficiently always keeping me up to date with where we were up to and explaining things very clearly. Debra Lowy at Evolve Family Law Ltd has just represented me for a child arrangement order. I instructed Debra in August to act for me whilst the case was about half way through (I had to change representative for legal reasons and through no fault of the other solicitor). Debra has been fantastic throughout the case and got up to speed very quickly after having to back track a few months and contact the other solicitor to find out what had been happening etc. Debra had a particularly hard job as the Court had got a couple of cases mixed up and orders weren’t drawn up or sent out and she had to try to make sense of everything. Debra was very polite and courteous with the Judge at all times and got my point across impeccably. I have had the final order made today and Debra’s work to make that happen has been second to none. Robin Charrot and his team supported me through this extremely difficult process not only with prompt, quality, professional advice for me as an individual going through a divorce, but also (VERY importantly) in a way that did not try to fracture the family unit anymore promoting/using litigation and remembering that children MUST be considered. From a fee perspective it is in a solicitors interest to promote a 'hard-ball' mindset whilst saying they are looking after the best interests of their client. However, that approach doesn't help the family unit left behind after a divorce is complete and Solicitors have their fees.
