Just completed on a rental investment purchase with JP, being within the industry- we understood how busy all solicitors have been since the Bank of England rate increases but they still got this completed in a normal timescale. All communicated each step of the way, any hurdles from the sellers sols dealt with efficiently-great service at a competitive pricing structure level with other providers we work with also. Rebecca has been efficient, prompt, clear in her communications and helpful throughout the conveyancing process for us. The case was not straightforward yet Rebecca dealt with everything to make the experience far less stressful than could otherwise have been the case. Moving house is a stressful experience. BUT JP Goldman eased my stresses as much as possible. At first I called round solicitors to get quotes ect and found JP Goldman to be one of the only ones that answered the phone, were polite and really wanted to help. As a first time buyer they talked me through the process, explained things and were honest with me about how long some aspects of a house move take. They also recommended me a great surveyor, which was brilliant. My solicitor was a lady called Caroline. I cannot express how much of a god send Caroline was. She answered my emails promptly, kept me in the loop when aspects of the move developed and was a genuinely nice person to work with. Any issues I had Caroline sorted for me, it often felt like i was her only client despite me knowing she and JP Goldman had an extremely heavy workload. Caroline chased down other solicitors, sent countless emails and phone calls, just to get the process done as timely as we could. Our chain was difficult and different but she and the team a JP Goldman used all their experience and expertise to get the purchase over the line. 5 Stars! Thankyou JP Goldman I would recommend these solicitors to everybody, dont look anywhere else.

Against all the odds and complexities that come from chain buying, plus a million other obstacles along the way I was literally losing hope but with Caroline and Michelle’s hard work and efforts we made it in time for the stamp duty deadline.
